These beautiful fish make a great trophy but even a better meal! We took a chef and his family out for a half day of beautiful Florida sunshine and some exciting fishing. The dad, Eric, was looking to get something to bring back for a one-of-a-kind supper for their dinner that night.

The whole family took turns at casting a line out and Taylor, the youngest son, caught a huge bright American
Red Snapper. That was good enough for dad! Back on shore, Eric invited us back to their house and treated us all to the best snapper we have ever had the chance to eat. Thanks to Eric and his family for letting us enjoy the meal and evening with them!

Recently, we took a charter group out for some
Inshore fishing. The guys were excited, since they were
from out of town, but ad heard about the amazing sport fishing down south. After a few casts off the side of the boat, one of the guys hooked onto something and was a wild one! The fisherman held and fought with the catch on the
end of the line for a while and after a good tug of war,
the guy pulled up a beautiful (and tired!) snook! It will give you a run for your money, but a fun fish to wrestle with if you’re lucky enough to hook one!
